We help organizations build belonging and parity with their people.

Embrace Equity

Invest here for transformational change

We help identify or clarify your organization’s purpose, so people deepen their connection with your organization. It’s the foundation for DEI work.

We analyze your organization’s policies to reveal unintentional bias. No blame here. What’s important is creating parity and a culture of trust.

We take a look at how you get work done to illuminate any counter-productive bias.

How you allocate your resources – or don’t – can send signals about how much you invest in your people. (Think actions not words.) Intentional, people-focused programs are critical to making people feel like they belong.

Need help implementing these solutions?

Then meet our founder, Priya. She's known for finding the right solutions.

Priya Singh brings 20+ years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experience to organizations – Fortune 500s, nonprofits, government – she’s done it all. Her specialty is bringing leaders and their people together to create more equitable communities.

Priya earned her Master’s of Education from the University of Washington, has lived most of her life in Seattle, where she also raised her two half-Black, half-Guyanese, adults, and on top of everything, really, really loves Korean dramas.

Priya showed me how impacting change in systemic and sustainable ways looks in real life. She’s an incredibly skilled practitioner – brave, bold, daring, strong, and intentional – with the utmost integrity.
